Submitting a form on the Site does not create a reservation or a contract. A reservation exists only when we confirm it in writing and any required deposit has been received. All rentals and services are subject to a separate written rental or service agreement, which governs driver eligibility, age and license requirements, insurance, deposits, mileage, fuel, damage responsibility, cancellations, refunds, and all other terms of the rental. If these Terms conflict with a signed rental agreement, the rental agreement controls.
Prices displayed on the Site are starting rates provided for general information and are subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on the vehicle, dates, rental length, services requested, taxes, fees, and deposit requirements, and will be confirmed before booking. Vehicle descriptions, specifications, and photographs are provided for illustration. Vehicle availability is not guaranteed, and we may substitute a comparable vehicle when necessary.
By submitting a form or contacting us, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text message about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and NICS Horsepower regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
